This teeny tiny Merry Christmas banner is an in-the-hoop project! It’s super easy and quick to do. All you need is some string, yarn, or skinny ribbon, and 2 pieces of craft felt big enough for the 5×7 hoop. (Actual design size is 4.98″ x 6.87″.)

The free download contains the following design formats: ART, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP and VP3. PDF step-by-step instructions to complete the banner are included.
