This project requires a combination of machine embroidery and regular machine sewing.
This is a hide-and-seek quiet play activity. There are six little bugs – a ladybug, beetle, caterpillar, bumble bee, grasshopper and firefly. The caterpillar has a bit of “fuzz” running down his back, and the bee and firefly have wings. The tulips, daisies, leaves, and mushrooms make great hiding places for the bugs. Hide them, find them, and pop them in the clear vinyl jar! All of the 3D pieces are made in the hoop using craft felt and then assembled with a little fabric glue. The vinyl jar is an embroidery design as well.
