Every house needs a gnome home – or a whimsical tissue box cover that looks like one! This project was created for use with Baby Lock’s Sashiko and Embellisher. (If you do not have an Embellisher but you DO have another needle felting machine, you can still create this project!) This kit includes the following materials:
- 8.5″ x 20″ byAnnie’s Soft & Stable (foam type stabilizer)
- 8.5″ x 20″ tree fabric
- 2 pieces brown lining fabric (4″ x 5.5″ each)
- 2″ x 3″ felt (for door)
- 1 button (for doorknob)
- 20″ length of brown piping
- Assortment of silk scraps (for needle felting)
- Assortment of yarns (for needle felting)
- Green variegated sock yarn (for flip-stitched “vines”)
- 4 pre-stitched silk organza leaves (golden brown & reddish brown)
PLEASE NOTE – If you have taken one of Evy’s “Gnome Home” classes in the past, you may wish to purchase only the kit materials. If you have NOT taken the class, you can choose to purchase the pattern, instructions, and leaves embroidery design along with the kit. (If you select the second option, you will automatically receive a download when your order goes through, but you may also add a CD or USB from your shopping cart.)
