For this tutorial, you’ll need a fine cotton fabric such as batiste, voile or handkerchief linen; crisp fabric for the under-appliqué material such as silk organza, cotton organdy or well starched quilt weight cotton; wash-away stabilizer and two colors of machine embroidery thread.
